By Facilitation Management we mean all supporting activities that are needed to come from an idea to actual change. Act Nouveau facilitates change through three main phases. The necessary form and depth are fitted within these three phases through methods and structures tailored to your organisation.
Reflection phase
Together with your organisation, Act Nouveau reflects on the fundamental motives of your envisioned improvement and seeks the most effective manner to realise them. The result of this phase is your concept strategy.
Strategy phase
Using the concept strategy the (change) project will then be positioned. Phases and milestones are determined.
The activities and their cohesion are planned during this phase while the core team is mobilised.
Furthermore, the need for internal and possible external transformation expertise is determined.
Everything is being prepared for change.
Change phase
Our implementations are distinguished by clarity, overview and concentrated energy. With a motivated and well-communicated balance between the human aspect and the organisational goal, limitations will be turned into opportunities!
